Troubleshooting Online
When a problem occurs, our service team will guide clients to troubleshoot and confirm the problem together via wechat or whatsApp.

Installation and training

We provide professional installation service and can arrange our engineer to your venue for installation and training.

Cost

It includes installation charge (depending on the product) and the engineer's travel costs, including VISA, tickets, hotel and meals.

04. After-sales Service and Warranty Rules

• We provide one year warranty for hardware (excluding VR glasses, quick-wear parts and man-made damage) and lifetime warranty maintenance for software.
• Each piece of equipment is equipped with a package of quick-wear parts when it is delivered.
• The warranty period starts from the delivery date agreed in the contract. For any hardware outside the warranty period, the cost price of relevant parts will be charged only.
• Before we send the replacement parts, customers should send the broken parts back to JAMMA with a tracking number that can be checked and confirmed.
• Customers pay the freight cost for sending the broken parts back to JAMMA.
• Man-made damage and quick-wear parts are not covered by the warranty.
• Warranty on the headsets are 6 months, excluding cables, leather gaskets and head straps.
• Don't dismantle or repair by yourself in case the equipment has any issue. Please conduct one or more tests step by step under the guidance from our technical expert so that we can provide a specific solution once we have identified the problem.
• We provide 24-hour failure reporting and appointments for repairing. Technical support working hours: Monday to Saturday 9:00-18:00 (CST). Considering time differences worldwide, we accept appointments.
• JAMMA reserves the right to final interpretation of after-sales policy.

B: VR Flight
Helmet, glasses cotton, glasses cable, glasses buckle, chin belt, shoot button, joystick, start button and cable, cooling fan, aircraft angle transducer, metal function button, stop function button, safety belt, and safety belt for feet.
C: VR Shooting
Helmet, glasses cotton, glasses cable, glasses belt, gamepad cover, cable puller, start button and cable, cooling fan, metal function button, and stop function button.
D: VR Racing
Helmet, glasses cotton, glasses cable, glasses buckle, start button and cable, cooling fan, metal function button, and stop function button.

06. Explanation

1. One extra headset cable will be shipped with each order free of charge.
2. If quick-wear parts damage within 30 days under normal use, we consider their quality issue and provide the same warranty service as other accessories.
